Belt Replacement

IMPORTANT:   Before you install your new belt, you must loosen ( NOT REMOVE ) the screw on the tension gear. DO NOT try to install the new belt without loosening the belt tension, otherwise you will break the belt. If you are not sure, please call us and we can help you over the phone.  The screw is shown in the third picture below.

After you install the new belt, adjust the tension just enough to hold the belt on. Do not over tighten the tension.

  DO NOT REMOVE THIS SCREW, ONLY LOOSEN IT.

Belt Timing Adjustment

After replacing the roatate belt for the Plotter, you must set the timing correctly before you use the plotter.
