Cut full markers with the Allen Datagraph 30" sandblast stencil cutter. This is a Sprocket-feed plotter  that can be adjusted from 5 inches up to 36 inches
In order to properly cut full-sized markers with rubber sandblast stencil, you will need either a sprocket-feed plotter or a flatbed table stencil cutter. 

Sprocket -Feed Plotters

Sprocket-fed plotters are plotter that have sprockets which hold the material through holes punched on the edges of the material. Sprocket feed plotters accurately hold the material and prevent it from shifting around as the plotter cuts. 

Friction-Feed Plotters

Friction feed plotters use rubber "pinch" wheels to hold down the material. 

Friction-feed plotters will not work correctly for full-sized marker monument jobs because the rubber material gets "steered" by the cutting blade and pinch wheels - resulting in borders that are thinner on one side than the other, and lettering that is thicker or thinner in different areas of the job.

Friction feed plotters will work for smaller jobs - such as death dates/ End Dates for monuments, bricks, or other small- area jobs
